Waterproofing Service Terms

These are general principles. The written quotation or contract for the specific site prevails if terms differ.

1. Inspection

Recommendations depend on available information and feasible inspection. Additional testing or limited opening may require customer approval.

2. Quotation

The quotation states scope, material, layers or thickness, price, timing, and payment terms. Additional work requires customer notification.

3. Warranty

Duration, coverage, and exclusions are documented for the selected system. New plumbing leaks, later alterations, mechanical damage, or misuse are not covered unless agreed otherwise.

4. Privacy

Photography is not required. Customer identity, address, and site photos are not published without explicit permission.

5. Calculators

Website calculator results are planning estimates, not quotations or engineering reports. Verify measurements and manufacturer documentation before purchase or application.
