When only capacity is known, the calculator estimates dimensions from the assumed height and tank shape. Accuracy depends on whether these assumptions match the real tank.
If entered, the estimate will not go below a practical reserve for the number of users.

How the Calculation Works
For rectangular tanks: floor = length × width, walls = 2 × (length + width) × height, ceiling = length × width.
For cylindrical tanks: floor = π × radius², walls = 2 × π × radius × height, ceiling = π × radius².
When dimensions are unknown, the calculator estimates dimensions from capacity or typical tank sizes. The result should be treated as a planning estimate only.

For full internal waterproofing, yes. If the work is floor and walls only, uncheck ceiling.
